Our 30+ years of boot fitting experience has lead us to what we feel are the best lines of ski boots available today. If you don't see it in our line up it is because we have found issues that will cause future problems with fit. If ever there was a rule in alpine ski boots it is choose the correct shape style and size of boot for the shape style and size of the foot!! If this is done right the first time you will avoid unnecessary trips to the bootfitter.

The Startingates boot fitting is world renowned and has customers from Europe, Australia, Canada, Japan, Russia and North and South America travel to get our expertise. We have two small commercial airports near us that customers use in Bennington and Rutland Vermont and have Albany International Airport in Albany, New York about one hour drive away. Taxis or limousines are available to bring you to the store.
Appointments are made and and private boot fittings time is available Monday through Friday.
Weekends are too busy for appointments but you are very welcome to come then.
