To Request a Return:

Please email clothing@startingate.net with the below information and request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number (RA#):

Your name

The product item number or name, size and color

Your order number

Reason for return

[Please note, customer is responsible for any return shipping]

This RA number must be written on the outside of the box in LARGE BLACK LETTERS or your package will be refused on delivery.

If you purchased a full priced item, you will receive a full refund (less shipping cost) to the credit card used at the time of purchase if back in store within 14 days from delivery. Sale items purchased online will be given a store credit in the form of an online gift card that is valid up to one year.

Full Priced Items: may be exchanged or returned for a full refund to original payment, less the shipping cost, if back in store within 14 days of receiving the item. Garments must be unworn/unused, in original condition, free of any damage and with tags on to receive a refund.

Full Priced items out of store over 14 days from delivery are not eligible for a refund and will be given a store credit.

Items out of the store over 30 days are nonreturnable and not eligible for store credit.

Sale Items: are non-refundable, but may be returned for store credit, less the shipping cost, if back in store within 14 days of receiving the item. The store credit will be issued in a form of an online gift card that is valid up to one year. Online gift cards are online only and cannot be redeemed in store. Garments must be unworn/unused, in original condition, free of any damage and with tags on to receive a store credit.

Sale Items out of store over 14 days from delivery will be deducted a 15% restocking fee.

Items out of the store over 30 days from delivery are nonreturnable and not eligible for a store credit.

[We are not accepting any exchanges on sale items at this time. Any sale order placed online and returned will be given a store credit regardless if the customer placed another order. Due to the limited availability of our sale items, The Startingate will not hold sale items.]

NOTE: ‘DAMAGE’ MAY INCLUDE THE PRESENCE OF ANY FAKE TAN, MAKE UP OR OTHER MARKS AND THE PRESENCE OF THE SMELL OF COSMETICS, PERFUME, DEODORANT, WASHING DETERGENT OR OTHER PRODUCTS/ODORS ON THE GARMENT.
